I can't connect to minecraft servers on my own internet

Well more like a technical issue then a bug but Mojang help center has absolutely no help for me with this issue and I don't know where else to look.

When I am on my own internet, I can't connect to any minecraft servers, I go to the multiplayer tab, and every server says "can't reach server".

However when I go to someone else's house I can reach them perfectly fine.
It doesn't matter what version I am on, it says the same thing.
