fill flowerpot 0 replace air not workin

when i tried to do the command /fill ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ flower_pot 0 replace air it returns "data tag parsing failed: Unable to locate name/value separator for string air"
when using fill ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ stone 0 replace air it works fine
