Items disappearing

Playing 14w08a (and all other previous snapshots) i downloaded and upgraded to the new 1.7.5 release and launched minecraft. In all of my worlds ALL of my items are gone. All items in my inventory (including hot bar and armor and everything else), all items in ALL of my chests, and ALL items in all of my hoppers are gone.
