1.4.6 [Snapshot] Minecarts still change eye pos when turning, and do not stay in the same position relative to the cart as it did in the begining.

I expected that i would still keep my eye pos relative to the cart im in in each turn, and not spining around totaly random.

What actually happened was...:
That you change direction in every turn.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make a rail loop
2. use a cart and start driving in the loop.
3. See how you twitch and randomly change ur "facing".

**I know this has been reported before, but this is still in 1.4.6, just in updated bug report**
