1.4.6 Prerelease World Gen Error

I created a new world to test the prerelease, I was just flying around the map and I came along what seems to be a generation/chunk error, If you could see into what causes this, I will deeply appreciate your help.

*I Forgot to mention that this was not created in superflat mode.
