Ender dragons Don't update portal blocks

When an ender dragon passes through a nether portal, it destroys the portal blocks(id: 90), but this doesn't cause a block update, meaning the rest of the portal stays lit.

EDIT 1:
To reproduce this, build a large nether portal, then summon the ender dragon. Let it fly through the nether portal and it will leave a gaping hole in it, but the rest will stay lit
