Mobs (zombie, skeleton) can't take items, armor and other drops

In minecraft 1.7.5 and older - zombies and skeletons can take drops (rotten flesh, bone, diamond and other), weapons (sword) and armor. In snasphot 14w08a - this thinks can't do.
