Frozen screen after using the option "change of skin" on http://fr-minecraft.net/7-skin-habillage-personnage-minecraft.php

I went on the following site : http://fr-minecraft.net/7-skin-habillage-personnage-minecraft.php and I used the option change of skin. When I returned to play, during few seconds ok as usual, and after my screen was suddenly frozen.
