Large Black Bar in the Sky

Nevermind, it's gone now.
I just got the latest snapshot, so I create a new world. When I entered, the sky had this black bar across it. It varies with the render distance. At around 1-3 chunks, it covers the whole sky. At higher render distances, the black bar gets smaller, but it's still there.
