Sound output doesn't update when changing playback device

Steps to reproduce:
Step 1: Load MC
Step 2: Right click on speaker in bottom right hand corner of windows and select "Playback devices"
Step 3: Change to a different playback device
Step 4: Notice there is no sound on Minecraft
