The Hopper Duplication Bug has Not been solved
This bug is definitely a problem for mapmakers, since the hopper clock is the most used today. I've just checked a clock which was supposed to be composed of 2 hoppers and ONE grass block. Result : 6 blocks in the right one, 7 in the other one... which explained the problem...
This bug is a TRUE problem : Almost none of the maps created in order to cause a minimal lag works in 1.7++, since this Hopper clock is the best for this purpose...
