BlockData Command Bug

I can do /blockdata for a block with inventory and when i take the item from the block inventory I will be able to use him.

I do the command blockdata on dropper and when i take the item was in the dropper inventory and do right click (use him) with him he disapear!

1. do the command

/blockdata ~ ~ ~ {Items:[0:{id:minecraft:iron_sword,Count:3b}]}

2. open the block inventory.
3. take the iron_sword from the block inventory.
4. use the iron_sword (right click).
