Blocks don't load when generating new World

I am having an issue with the latest Minecraft snapshot build "14w08a" and the issue is there none of the blocks load and all I can see is the skybox with a wireframe to mine

What I expected to happen was...:
The world should generated

What actually happened was...:
Instead of the world generating, the world failed to generate meaning no blocks are showing only the Skybox and the wireframe to mine. I can still mine but all blocks are invisible

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new world
2. Let it generate the world
