All summoned items with data tags cannot be picked up

What I expected to happen was...:
To be able to pick up the diamond i summoned (without any pickupdelay)

What actually happened was...:
I couldn't pick it up

Steps to Reproduce:
1. /summon Item ~ ~ ~ {Item:{id:minecraft:diamond}}
2. Walk to the item
