sleeping in bed makes you go 3 blocks high

when sleeping on a bed you appear to be 3 blocks high. if you sleep in a 2 high room you suffocate while in bed. if you die and your bed is somewhere only 2 blocks high it will say it is being blocked and you will respawn somewhere else
