No blocks and mobs displayed anymore

Since a few time, the blocks and the mobs aren't displayed anymore in the game.
I can see the selected block I can break them also and I see all the items. But the block and the mobs are still transparent.
It seems that the game still calculate them and there is nothing in the launcher's chat like warnings.
