UseItem criteriaType does not work with DataTags

The UseItem /scoreboard feature is not compatible with dataTags
For example:
/scoreboard objectives add SpawnEgg1 stat.useItem.minecraft.spawn_egg 1
and
/scoreboard objectives add SpawnEgg2 stat.useItem.minecraft.spawn_egg 2
will both track the use of every Spawnegg no matter which Data they have!
