Some Potions are not affecting Mobs

Some mobs (tested with Skeletons, Zombie Pigman, Spiders) don't get an effect when a potion is splashed on them. E.g. Skeletons and Zombie Pigman don't get poisened or get instant damage (Both I and II). Spiders don't get a poison effect.
