Super secret settings, resource packs and lag map

Super secret settings:I used the super secret settings in the 14w08a snapshot, and the sky becomes very glitchy, the fog and sky becomes black in day time.

Resource packs models: in snapshot 14w06b, i try to use resource packs that change the models of blocks, and they work fine, to use, i selected the resource pack and restart the game to works(another bug), but in the 14w08a and 14w07a, they don't work, even if i restart the game.

lag map: i try to use a adventure map(Auto spleff, by sethbling). the map its made for minecraft 1.7.4, but i try to uses it on my local snapshot to tests, and the world becomes very laggy, and its a local world.
