Missing content

I got on at 2/12/2014 on my xbox360 account at 12:10am and my halloween texture pack i paid for went missing after an xbox360 update i would like my texture pack back please. microsoft and mojang told me to contact you for this issue please help me im sick of jumping thru hoops to get this texture pack back
