The Bug:

The title of written books is not displayed in item frames unless renamed with anvils.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Give yourself a written book with a title by using the command provided below.

   /give @s minecraft:written_book[minecraft:written_book_content={author:"MC-49071",pages:[{raw:'"MC-49071"'}],resolved:1b,title:{raw:"MC-49071"}}]

2. Place down an item frame and place the written book inside of it.
3. Look at the written book in the item frame.
4. Take note as to whether or not the title of written books is displayed in item frames unless renamed with anvils.

Observed Behavior:

The title of written books is not displayed in item frames.

Expected Behavior:

The title of written books would be displayed in item frames.
