Illegal name

Before hand i apologize beforehand if this is the incorrect place to say this, as im trying to solve an issue with a name that i have had pop up on a server i moderate. the name " Da5BadBoys" with a space before the Da in the username. i have contacted mojang about this issue but apparently in the wrong place, as i am thinking this will be. however i have no idea where to report this, so if this is in the wrong place please direct me exactly where to report this. http://prntscr.com/2oryfa is a picture of the player's nametag to prove it has a space.
