I cannot see my skin, but other players can.

I made my skin into a 1.8 skin, uploaded it, went into 1.6.4, and it looked how I expected it to look, without the jacket/pants/etc. But then, when I went into 14w06b, it only showed up as a black skin with a white cape. I even tried uploading my old skin, and that still showed the messed-up skin.
