Summoning a horse with Variant:7 or higher and killing it will make your screen red

If you use /summon EntityHorse ~ ~ ~

{Variant:7}

and then use /kill @e[type=EntityHorse] will make your screen red.
I found this bug while SethBling was livestreaming.
