snapshots If You Go back to 1.7.x evrything is gone

So I starded my survival world in the newest snapshot and then i looked at it and when i went back to 1.7.4 all my stuff in the chest,enderchest and my inventory was all gone i think this is a bug/glitch whit the snapshot but i wanted to let you know it.
