bug

i was playing around eith the enchantment books in 1.4.6 prerelease and i noticed i could enchant my pickaxe to have andy enchantment[including armor and weapon enchantment] i also noticed that in the prerelease there are no fireworks on the charge thing and i even tried crafting it<searching it nothing please fix
