getting stuck in spectator mode

i got stuck in an ender crystal

What I expected to happen was...:
that i would just fly through the ender crystal

What actually happened was...:
i got stuck in the ender crystal and couldnt move

Steps to Reproduce:
1. get to the end in creative mode
2. switch to spectator mode
3. fly through ender crystal and get stuck
