Creepers Still "Hover" In Latest Snapshot (14w07a)

Note: This bus is an aesthetic bug and does not seem to affect anything other than the look of a specific mob (Creeper).

For whatever reason, Creepers seem to "hover" over all blocks they encounter. This does not seem to affect their behavior in any way. This bug, from what I can tell, is a bug that has existed since 1.4.2.
