Ctrl + Middle Mouse on sign copies nbt data but when placed, the text is empty.

How to reproduce:
1) Place a sign with text on it.
2) In creative hold Ctrl and press the middle click button to copy the block.
3) Place sign = empty sign

It is expected that the sign would copy over the text.
