Lava and water griefing should be controlled by the host like TNT and fire

The host should be able to disable water and lava to prevent people from destroying worlds created. I like how you can disable TNT and fire from spreading. But it doesn't help when someone dumps lava or water on your buildings. Please incorporate this into your next update. thank you
