When map is in item frame, it has glitched texture (or something of the sort)

it has sorta like fuzzy light over the map when ur walking or moving. the map must be in an item frame. These pictures show what im talking about. (make them full screen to see the item frame. Im sorry i couldn't have made it bigger.
