I cant open Minecraft.

This is what it says when i start up Minecraft:

C:\Program Files\Java\jre7\bin\java.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support.

What i expected was for Minecraft to start up and work.
