Blocks become Transparent - Game Unplayable

What I expected to happen was...:
When I hit a block a block would be destroyed or something

What actually happened was...:
The entire game freaks out and everything becomes see through.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Walk around in Any Mode
2. Click on a block one to a few times
3. Game will make everything see through with a view of the world.
