No UUID present for accounts that were once valid

No UUID is present for certain (seemingly random) accounts.

Symptoms:

• no representation in haspaid.jsp if you are affected
• no UUID present (obviously)

Sample data attached, no UUID present for ~10,000 player records.

Are these accounts now invalid and ok to be purged?
