Lighting Still Horrid!

What I expected to happen was...:
Have lighting that works.

What actually happened was...:
Dark spots everywhere! And they don't go away no matter what you do. I thought this was supposed to be fixed a few updates ago? Guess not

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Walk around.
