Mobs can't jump

In snapshot 12w50b, mobs can't jump or fall 1 block, they will start spinning.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Spawn a sombie
2. Attack it so it will follow you
3. Put blocks in its direction, you will see he will start spinning.
