Dungeons not generating chests

Was checking out a seed listed in the Seeds forum on the minecraft forums.

On 14w06b, chests do not generate whereas in 1.7.4 they do.

Dungeon locations are -124, 44, 286 // -132, 36, 277 // -95, 19, 289 and the seed is 8817614972761813526 (no chests and all zombie spawners in 14w06b, skeletons and spiders w/chests in 1.7.4

Is this a bug, or have things changed enough to make me extraordinarily unlucky?
