Minecart Riding Villager crashing

Well what happened was that i was randomly playing around when i decided to do this - i summoned a minecart riding a giant and then i hopped it nht minecart it worked fine but when i did the same thing with a villager it crashes

1.type this command /summon MinecartRideable {Riding:{id:"Villager"}}
2.It crashes
