None sign inside barrier and incorrect barrier particles

I expected the barrier block to be just a normal invisible block with no particles.

But it had a giant none sign in it and it would go away shortly after you broke the block. And when you broke the block, it had redstone block particles.

The only way to get the first bug is to place a barrier block and the second bug is to break one.
