Iron bars hitbox is wrong

When you're looking at a wall made of Iron Bars, you can see that the hitbox of the Iron Bars is wrong. But that only happends if the other side is made out of slime blocks. This bug is similar to this Zombie Hunter's report: https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-9553
