Sugar cane no longer changes color depending on biome

Steps to reproduce:

• Find 3 biomes with noticeably different colours (e.g. Savanna, Plains and Extreme Hills) and find/plant sugar cane in each
• Observe, note and for extra pro cautions, take screenshots of each
