Minecart now taller than one block

A minecart on a rail is now taller than one block.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Hook up a tripwire one block above the ground
2. Place a rail and a minecart underneath the tripwire

The minecart will trigger the tripwire on its own, which it did not in previous versions.
