Bug in the Jungle biome

I can not explain very well the bug, but I know that something happened in the biome and trees appeared "broken". See the prints I took.

(I was using the texture "Faithful" and was playing with mods "Rei's Minimap", "TooManyItems", "ModLoader" and "TimberMod")
