Effect hide particle syntax not updated

You can hide the particle of from using effect with an extra argument of true or false at the end of the effect command. But the syntax isn't added
Command:
/effect @p 1 10 1 true

Steps to reproduce
1. Type /effect
2. Syntax hasn't changed
