Ghost being scary it made the swastika!!

I was playing multilayer with my friend who lives far away, (on xbox)and on her game there is a glitch. there is a ghost that is leaving things in chests, building random structures; IT MADE THE SWASTIKA. I AM NOT JOKING. It is really scary and also very annoying. I am really freaked out.
