Duplication Glitch with crafting table

When I repair my iron sword in the crafting table with an another one,when you click to take the new one and at the same time you quit the crafting table,it make 10 copies of the object you repair. For example if you repair your iron sword, and you make this bug, you have 10 news iron sword. Thanks
