Game thinks you are in spectator mode when you change gamemode

When you go in Spectator Mode, everything looks as normal. But when you exit spectator mode, it seems like you have changed gamemode until you open your inventory. Before, if you try, for example, to launch splash potions, you can't and sometimes you don't see your body.
