java tm platform se binary is not responding

Hi,

the game doesn't work, and I Need help. yesterday in the morning it works and in the afternoon it was not possible to Play. I always get this message, look the attachment. until yet i didn't get Support from anybody in the Forum.
maybe you can help me?!
