Item Frames emit smoke particles

When i place down item frames, the corners emit smoke particles.

What I expected to happen was...:
It to render properly, with no particles.

What actually happened was...:
The corners emitted smoke particles.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place down any block(s)
2. Place an item frame
