Quickly repeated minecart sounds while traveling

Sound of minecart being repeated quickly, now and then, if under ground in a 1x2 track surrounded by smooth stone.. Running on powered rails only.

The sound gets repeated every 0.5 or 0.25 of a second whne on powered rails...
